Pastor Pat and his wife Pam
moved to Winchester in February of 1992, believing
that God had led them here to plant Grace Baptist
Church.
Pat was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. On
Sunday, October 15, 1978, Pat, along with both his
parents, invited Jesus Christ to come into their
lives. Little did they know that God had much bigger
plans than they could ever imagine. In March of
1981, Pat surrendered his life to preach the Gospel
of Jesus Christ. Six months later, his Dad
surrendered his life as well. The entire family
moved to Springfield, Missouri, where Pat and his
father began to train for the ministry at Baptist
Bible College.
While attending BBC, Pat met his wife Pam (an
“Okie” from Oklahoma). They were married in 1985 and
upon graduation, relocated to Mobile, Alabama, where
they would serve on staff at the Shelton Beach Road
Baptist Church for nearly six years. It was while
they were serving faithfully in Alabama that God led
the Finleys to move to Winchester and plant Grace
Baptist Church.
Pat is the founding pastor of Grace, and he and
his wife have been faithfully ministering at Grace
for more than 13 years. Pat and Pam have three
children: Kyle, Kayla, and Kameron.
